An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join the team at Holdens.
The successful candidate should be a minimum 5 year PQE. The position would be based at our office in Lancaster, which is in close proximity to the train station. On occasion you may be required to visit our Kendal office to service clients.
The role would involve handling a diverse caseload of commercial property matters including:
- Sale and purchase of freehold retail & industrial units
- Landlord and Tenant matters
- Sales and purchases of small businesses
Your responsibilities will include:
- Day to day handling of commercial property matters
- Conduct of matters on behalf of clients
- Participation in marketing activities (including networking)
